Who we are. China Easy Mode (chinaeasymode.com) is an independent website operated from Malaysia. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. It records aggregate data such as pages viewed, country and device type.
• Tools. Our tools (like the visa-free checker and trip checklist) run in your browser. Anything you tick or enter stays on your device (in local storage) and is not sent to us.
• Emails and help requests. If you email us or request help, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply and deliver the service.
• Payments. Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). We never see or store your full card details.

What we never ask for. Passwords, full card numbers, CVV codes or one-time verification codes.

Affiliate links. When you click a partner link (for example an eSIM provider), that partner may set its own cookies to attribute the purchase. Their privacy policies apply.

Retention. Help-request emails are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected].

Changes. We’ll update this page and its date if anything changes.
