Terms of Service

1. Information only. Our guides and tools are general information to help you plan. Rules in China change often. We check official sources and date every guide, but we can’t guarantee that everything is current or applies to your situation. Always confirm visa and entry rules with an official source, such as a Chinese embassy or the National Immigration Administration, before you travel. Nothing here is legal advice.

2. Help services. Paid help services (such as Payment Rescue) are remote assistance. We guide you, and you stay in control of your own accounts. We are not Alipay, WeChat or a bank, and we cannot override their security decisions. We confirm whether we can help before you pay. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

3. Your responsibilities. Give us accurate information. Never send us passwords, full card numbers or verification codes. Use our services only for lawful purposes.

4. Third parties. We link to and earn commissions from third-party services (see our affiliate disclosure). Their terms apply to anything you buy from them.

5. Liability. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. We are not liable for missed flights, denied entry, account restrictions or other losses that come from relying on general information.

6. Changes and contact. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: [email protected].
